What we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. Short version: we only collect what's needed to fulfill your order, and we never sell your data.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you create an account we collect your name and email address through our sign-in provider. When you place an order we collect your shipping address, contact details, and order contents. If you tell us that you sent a manual payment, we record that customer claim with the order for staff review.
We do not collect or store card numbers on our servers. Payments are handled by the method shown at checkout or by our card processor where available.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your information is used solely to process and fulfill your orders: verifying payment, arranging shipping, sending order confirmation emails, and providing customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
MANUAL PAYMENT REVIEW
Checkout does not request or accept payment-image uploads. A customer's statement that a manual payment was sent is only a claim; staff independently verifies payment before approving the order. Historical proof images associated with earlier orders remain restricted to staff review.
COOKIES & SESSIONS
We use cookies only for essential functionality: keeping you signed in and remembering your cart and preferences (such as the research-use confirmation). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
DATA RETENTION & YOUR RIGHTS
Order records are retained for bookkeeping and compliance purposes. You can view your own orders and profile from your account page at any time. To request correction or deletion of your personal information, contact us using the details on our Contact page and we will respond as quickly as we can.
